String Spacing Guidance
MagFRAG™ bridge models are available in two standard string spacings:
• 53mm — Recommended for Fender®-style bridges and Floyd Rose® tremolo systems
• 50mm — Recommended for Gibson®-style bridges
Please confirm your instrument’s bridge string spacing prior to ordering.

60-Day Evaluation Period
MagFRAG™ pickups are engineered as complete magnetic systems and are wound to a fixed proprietary specification.
Standard production finishes (Double Black, Double White, Zebra, Nickel) ship within 1–3 business days.
Extended cosmetic selections require an additional 7–10 business days prior to shipment. Cosmetic selections do not alter the pickup’s voicing or performance.
We invite you to evaluate your selected MagFRAG™ model in your instrument for up to 60 days. If you determine the model is not the right performance fit for your instrument or playing style, we will gladly exchange it for another MagFRAG™ model or issue a refund — even if the leads have been trimmed during installation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cosmetic finish selections are finalized at the time of order and are not eligible for return based solely on appearance preference.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside the continental United States are subject to actual shipping charges, customs duties, and applicable taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may require a separate invoice prior to shipment before fulfillment.
