Design
Every 3rd Power amplifier begins with the feel. Circuit architecture, gain structure, power response, and control interaction are shaped around what the player experiences in real time.

Build
Components are selected, assembled, wired, and inspected with purpose. The result is a performance instrument built to deliver consistency, reliability, and musical response.

Test
Every amplifier is evaluated as a complete system. We listen, measure, refine, and verify performance before it ever reaches the player.

Great amplifiers are not judged by specifications alone. They must respond to touch, dynamics, volume, pedals, pickups, rooms, and the way real players actually play.

Why we do this.
When I started 3rd Power, I wasn’t trying to build another amplifier company.
I was searching for something I couldn’t find—an amplifier that felt more connected, more responsive, and more inspiring to play. An amplifier that disappeared between the player and the music.
Seventeen years later, that pursuit remains unchanged. What has changed is the incredible team that now helps bring that vision to life every day. Their craftsmanship, dedication, and attention to detail are reflected in every amplifier that leaves our shop.
